Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RainbowHost, its Discord key system, GDPS control panel, hosted services, and related websites.

Effective August 14, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using RainbowHost, you agree to these Terms of Service and the RainbowHost Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services where you live. If you use RainbowHost for an organization or community, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts and access keys

RainbowHost uses Discord-linked access keys. You are responsible for your key, active sessions, GDPS credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not sell, share, publish, or transfer access keys.

Tell us promptly if you believe a key or database credential has been exposed. We may reset credentials or suspend access to protect the platform and its users.

3. GDPS hosting

RainbowHost provisions isolated project folders, database credentials, and a copy of the selected open-source GDPS core. Project limits, file limits, supported features, and availability may change as the service develops.

Keep your own backups. RainbowHost is not a permanent archive and does not promise that every upload, database record, or project can be recovered.

You are responsible for configuring and moderating your GDPS, including player content, account activity, and download links.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RainbowHost to:

  • Host malware, credential theft, deceptive downloads, or code intended to damage devices or accounts.
  • Attack, scan, overload, evade limits, or disrupt RainbowHost or another service.
  • Upload illegal content, abuse others, impersonate people, or violate privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Send spam, create accounts to bypass limits, resell access without permission, or conceal prohibited activity.
  • Access another user's files, database, credentials, or private dashboard without authorization.

Reasonable security research must be authorized in writing before testing begins.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant RainbowHost a limited license to store, process, copy, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and distribute your content. We may remove content after a valid legal complaint or when we reasonably believe it violates these terms.

Third-party software

GDPS cores and linked services are provided under their own licenses and terms. RainbowHost does not claim ownership of MegaSa1nt/GMDprivateServer, Geometry Dash, Discord, or other third-party products.

6. Availability and changes

RainbowHost is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. Maintenance, security incidents, software updates, network failures, or capacity limits may interrupt service. Features may be changed, replaced, limited, or discontinued.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RainbowHost and delete projects from the dashboard. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, prolonged inactivity, or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will try to provide notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RainbowHost is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or data preservation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or access resulting from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RainbowHost changes. The effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

10. Contact

Questions, legal notices, and abuse reports can be sent to [email protected] with "RainbowHost" in the subject line.
